Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicant should have Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure of WRAP, SEDEX, BSCI, RSC, NIRAPON, C-TPAT, GOTS and other certification programs. Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
∎ Ensure the compliance issues as per buyer COC.
∎ Ensure the cleanliness and hygienic atmosphere of canteen, toilet & washroom.
∎ Ensure the new employee orientation according to orientation checklist as per Induction & orientation policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years practical work experience
