Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Ensuring compliance norms in group factories.
∎ • Assisting to conduct audits in different factories.
∎ • Assisting in conducting product certification audits in group factories.
∎ • Corresponding with merchandisers and factory concerns on compliance issues.
∎ • Maintaining the factory’s compliance platform profile online.
∎ • Uploading CAP’s and registration using portals.
∎ • Able to perform under HIGG & Product Certifications (GOATS, OCS, RCS, GRS)
∎ • Helping management with the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
∎ • Preparing and managing effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
∎ • Regularly performing internal audits regarding company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
∎ • Assessing company operations to determine compliance risk.
∎ • Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
∎ • Developing and implementing a compliance program to ensure the organization operates by state and federal laws.
∎ • Determining compliance metrics and establishing a system for tracking them.
∎ • Remain current on federal and state laws related to the organization and update policies accordingly.
∎ • Performing compliance audits to determine whether protocols are being followed and where they can be improved.
∎ • Maintaining up-to-date written documentation and policies related to the organization's business activities.
∎ • Preparing the factories of the Group for facing different audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, C-TPAT audit, etc.
∎ •Carrying out regular Compliance Audits.
