Job Context:
∎ PRINCIPLE DUTIES – Areas of responsibility:
∎ A) Separation procedure.
∎ B) Final settlement for office staff
∎ C) Exit interview.
∎ D) The candidate Should have very good command over Microsoft Excel (Functions, Pivot table, Vlookup, etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect, compile and process separation process of all staff (Resigned, discontinued, or lefty)
∎ Collect and preserve all resignation letters, discontinue proposals, salary advice, job card, and clearance, etc. from the factory/concern department/unit in time and ensure necessary procedures having the consent of concern line management.
∎ Coordinate with all concerned departments/factories to make sure available documentation with proper justification.
∎ Prepare settlement advice, accumulate all concern signatures,s, and process as per policy.
∎ Liaise with the Audit team, transport team, factory Admin & HR, IT team regarding the processing of final settlement (salary issue, vehicle, or any other financial dealing.)
∎ Review & validated each document sent by factory HR/concern department like notice period, job nature, job length, and other issues to determine actual dues as per company policy.
∎ Conduct exit interview sessions for each staff resigned / self-separated.
∎ Assist line manager to compile & analyzing comments in an exit interview to assess staff turnover ratio and find out the cause of staff turnover.
∎ In case of discontinuation Consult with the relevant department/factory to check and assess proper supporting documents with the consent of concerned management.
∎ Organize appraisal board to review merit and demerit of the discontinue proposal, compile board comments and proceed to higher management for the final decision.
∎ Communicate discontinued staff for sharing the decision, get sign and handover required documents with receiving a signature.
∎ Convey separation status with recruitment team and communicate separated staff after completion of all documentation for final settlement.
∎ Maintain a specific database of separated staff and update accordingly to ensure available information as and when required.
∎ Ensure all documentation from start to end and preserve in personal file professionally.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be very good at Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Fluent written and spoken English
∎ Strong leadership skills to work in a cross-functional role
∎ Strong Analytical Ability & Honesty to the highest level
∎ Strong ability to drive and motivate business teams; explaining complex things in a simple way
∎ Highly energetic & can speak nicely
