Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bsc in Environmental Science from any reputed University.

• At least 3 years

• Age At most 35 years

• Problem solving capability relevant to environment pollution, environmental protection and sustainable development from biological, ecological, chemical and management perspectives.

• Good communication skills both in Spoken & Written English and Bangla.

• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem solving

Environment Officer (for 100% Export Oriented Japanese Woven Garments Factory)

• Location: Kumkumary, Ashulia, Savar

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Waste Management Plan, Policy & Procedure.

• Ensure proper disposal of Industrial wastage.

• Research on minimizing the risk of harm by products or process.

• Identification of significant environmental aspects & impact.

• Ensuring all environmental requirements as per international standards for a sustainable EMS.

• Periodically assess air emisions, noise level and other environmental aspects.

• Regular monitoring of Drinking water & Waste water test of the factory.

• Execute & ensure the smooth operational system/process for ETP.

• Monitoring & supervise all process control parameters such as BOD (Biochemical Oxygen demand).

• COD, DO,TSS,TDS, Ph etc. of Chemical and bio-chemical ETP.

• Ensure healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety hygiene and environment.

• Prepare Policies and Documentation for EMS, EMP, CMP and Energy efficiency.

• Identify potential hazards and conduct Risk Assessments of the factory, develop and implement risk mitigation plans.

• Other duties as assigned by management.
