Experience:

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Environmental Science
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Geography and Environment

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

• Age 27 to 35 years

1. Environmental Compliance

   • Ensure compliance with local environmental laws, regulations, buyer codes of conduct, and international standards (e.g., ISO 14001, Higg FEM).

   • Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation.

2. Environmental Management System (EMS)

   • Implement, maintain, and improve the Environmental Management System.

   • Prepare and update environmental policies, procedures, and objectives.

3. Monitoring & Measurement

   • Monitor environmental performance indicators such as energy, water, wastewater, air emissions, noise, and waste.

   • Analyze data and prepare periodic environmental performance reports.

4. Waste & Pollution Control

   • Manage solid, liquid, and hazardous waste handling, storage, and disposal.

   • Ensure pollution prevention measures are effectively implemented.

5. Audits & Inspections

   • Conduct internal environmental audits and site inspections.

   • Support external audits, buyer assessments, and regulatory inspections.

6. Legal Permits & Documentation

   • Obtain and renew environmental permits, licenses, and clearances.

   • Maintain environmental records, registers, and compliance documentation.

7. Training & Awareness

   • Conduct environmental awareness and compliance training for employees.

   • Promote environmental best practices across all departments.

8. Risk Assessment & Incident Management

   • Identify environmental risks and impacts and develop mitigation measures.

   • Investigate environmental incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

9. Resource Efficiency & Sustainability

   • Identify opportunities for reducing energy, water consumption, and waste generation.

   • Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

10. Coordination & Reporting

    • Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and certification bodies.

    • Prepare environmental reports for management, clients, and regulatory bodies.

11. Emergency Preparedness

    • Support environmental emergency response planning (chemical spills, leaks, etc.).

    • Conduct emergency drills and evaluate effectiveness.
