• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance, productivity, and target achievement.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence to ensure continuous growth of the customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and buyers to ensure long-term business partnerships  and repeat orders.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support informed sales strategies and decision-making.

• Set sales targets and performance parameters, and ensure consistent tracking and achievement of sales objectives.

• Coordinate with marketing, production, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of sales plans with operational capabilities.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support planning and management decision-making.

• Lead negotiations with clients and close high-value deals to secure profitable business outcomes.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales service quality to maintain strong client retention and brand reputation.
