Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)

• Bachelor of Science (Pass)

• Age 26 to 32 years

Environmental Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local environmental laws, regulations, buyer codes of conduct, and international standards (e.g., ISO 14001, Higg FEM).

  1. Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation.

Environmental Management System (EMS)

• Implement, maintain, and improve the Environmental Management System.

  1. Prepare and update environmental policies, procedures, and objectives.

Monitoring & Measurement

• Monitor environmental performance indicators such as energy, water, wastewater, air emissions, noise, and waste.

  1. Analyze data and prepare periodic environmental performance reports.

Waste & Pollution Control

• Manage solid, liquid, and hazardous waste handling, storage, and disposal.

  1. Ensure pollution prevention measures are effectively implemented.

Audits & Inspections

• Conduct internal environmental audits and site inspections.

  1. Support external audits, buyer assessments, and regulatory inspections.

Legal Permits & Documentation

• Obtain and renew environmental permits, licenses, and clearances.

  1. Maintain environmental records, registers, and compliance documentation.

Training & Awareness

• Conduct environmental awareness and compliance training for employees.

  1. Promote environmental best practices across all departments.

Risk Assessment & Incident Management

• Identify environmental risks and impacts and develop mitigation measures.

  1. Investigate environmental incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Resource Efficiency & Sustainability

• Identify opportunities for reducing energy, water consumption, and waste generation.

  1. Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and certification bodies.

  1. Prepare environmental reports for management, clients, and regulatory bodies.

Emergency Preparedness

• Support environmental emergency response planning (chemical spills, leaks, etc.).

  1. Conduct emergency drills and evaluate effectiveness.
