Production Planning and Scheduling:

o Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.

o Coordinate with sales, procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Process Optimization:

o Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and minimize costs.

o Implement best practices for lean manufacturing and process optimization.

Quality Control:

o Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure that products meet the highest quality specifications.

o Implement quality assurance procedures and conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues.

Team Management:

o Lead and manage a team of production staff, including supervisors, technicians and operators.

o Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure that team members perform their duties effectively with quality production.

Health and Safety:

o Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

o Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure that all production activities are conducted in a safe manner.

Inventory Management:

o Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components and finished products to maintain adequate stock levels.

o Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of inventory as needed.
