Skills Required: Embroidery Design,Embroidery Production
Additional Requirements:
Proficient in embroidery design and editing software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Wilcom E4.2.
Strong knowledge of embroidery machines, threads, and production techniques
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise embroidery operations from sample development to bulk production as per buyer requirements
Ensure daily production targets and on-time delivery to the next process
Coordinate sample approvals and implement necessary corrections
Monitor embroidery layouts and machine performance.
Prepare daily and monthly production and cost reports
Control wastage and optimize usage of thread, manpower, and other consumables
Maintain 5S, safety, and buyer compliance standards on the production floor
Guide and monitor operators to ensure quality and productivity
