• Operational knowledge on Cotton, PC, CVC etc.        

• Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.       

• Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.        S

• ound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, MS-word and excel is a must.       

•  Report producing for management and MIS.        

• Technical knowledge in related machines and production process.        

• Able to work under pressure, team Work & negotiation Skill.·        

• Managing ability with problem solution & analytically skills.·        

• Good knowledge in Quality Department.

We are an established and diversified business Conglomerate in the RMG industry including Garment/Textile & Accessories. Currently We’re going to set up our new Rotor spinning unit to uphold the Company’s sustainable and consistent business growth. As part of this, we are seeking a dynamic, highly experienced and result oriented professional who are capable to lead and manage this new venture 

• Lead and oversee the end to end operations of the project.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for increasing the productivity, cost control, and profitability.

• Ensure maximum utilization of Man, Machine & other Resources by distributing/monitoring efficiently and properly

• Ensure uninterrupted production flow, achieving maximum output with optimum quality.

• Manage manpower effectively and ensure availability of skilled operators.

• Monitor and control raw material warehouses, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.

• Maintain operational efficiency for processing Cotton, PC, CVC, and other blended yarns.

• Provide technical guidance on spinning machinery, maintenance, and production processes.

• Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure customer specifications are met.

• Act as a team leader during emergencies and ensure quick problem resolution.

• Prepare and present regular production reports and MIS updates to management.

• Participate in customer visits and maintain strong client relationships.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
