Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.

ERP software operation skills.

Leadership and team management capability.

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong integrity and accountability.

Good understanding of warehouse safety and material handling.

The Head of Store is responsible for overall management of all store operations in the company, including raw materials, trims, chemicals, accessories, spare parts, finished goods, and inventory control. The role ensures proper receiving, storage, issuance, stock accuracy, compliance, and coordination with production, procurement, commercial, and audit teams.

• Receive and Issue records of all materials, inventory taking, and quality checking of fabric as per the procedure.

• Safe receive, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.

• Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety, and security within the store.

• Ensure proper deliveries.

• Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.

• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that fabrics are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.

• Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.

• Develop and maintain the software-based system for materials delivered to the production floor as per plan.

• Maintain close liaison with Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully.

• Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.

• Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way.

• Ensure daily/weekly stock report.

• He should have sound knowledge about Customs Bond, EPZ Laws

• Should have good Leadership quality to run his Team .

• His Reporting Power should be high standard and shall have vast experiences to handle the Trouble Shooting of any Store related issues .
