∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the synthetic fabric mill, ensuring smooth production and efficiency.

∎ Ensure strict adherence to quality control and compliance standards.
∎ Manage supply chain, inventory, and raw material procurement.
∎ Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
