∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to develop and implementation of the best practice in maintenance processes and procedures to keep the plant in healthy condition and operational as standard.
∎ Develop a maintenance schedule (preventive, predictive, CLIT etc.).
∎ Develop maintenance procedures and ensure full planned maintenance is carried out with quality and lead the team effectively.
∎ Carry out regular inspections of the equipment’s/machineries to detect and resolve problems.
∎ Optimize the utilization of equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken.
∎ Attend various meetings, communicate instructions to all and update the HOD accordingly.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and make presentation.
∎ Undertake continuous training and development.
∎ Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
∎ Monitor/Check maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
∎ Manage, coach and develop a high performing maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and deliver the best practice results, add values and ensure continuous improvements.
∎ Set department objectives/ key performance indicators (KPIs) and review and assess ongoing performance and make report.
∎ Manage and lead the team, ensure adequate staff as per approval.
∎ Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
∎ Monitor expenses and control the cost and make budget for maintenance.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Ensure all the employees of the department adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
