Bangladesh Labor Law
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Spearheading plant HR activities.
∎ Drive key HR processes i.e Recruitment, Induction, Training & Development etc.
∎ Supervise and work directly with employees and coordinate with different departments.
∎ Effective utilization of resources to attain the production target in time.
∎ Plan efficaciously & achieve monthly absenteeism target and turnover rate; analysis the absenteeism reason and take felicitous action to minimize absenteeism.
∎ Facilitate disciplinary action and ascertain welfare activities based on company policy.
∎ Encourage employees for learning and take initiative for staff and associates.
