Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to Chief People & Strategy Officer
∎ Plan, develop and implement strategy for Human resources management
∎ Monitor Performance Management System & update time to time.
∎ To assist the Senior management team on organizational development
∎ Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development
∎ Protect interests of employees and the company in compliance with Corporate Governance, Human Resources policies, local laws and regulations
∎ Coordinate with other head of functions, so as to understand all necessary aspects where HR can contribute in the area of respective department development and to ensure the process are fully operational with objectives, purpose and achievements
∎ Improve training and development processes; including Training Needs Assessment, Designing Training Plan with materials, delivery and evaluation of programs
∎ Coach and develop HR team members to achieve business plan objectives
