Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure full compliance with buyer requirements and regulatory standards to satisfy potential and existing buyers.
∎ Handle complex labor-related issues in alignment with Bangladesh Labour Law 2018 (all revisions), Labour Rules 2019 (all revisions), and other government regulations.
∎ Implement and monitor Labor Law and Buyer Code of Conduct (COC) practices across the factory.
∎ Prepare, update, and preserve factory policies as per local law and buyer requirements.
∎ Coordinate with buyers, buyer representatives, and auditors for factory visits and compliance audits.
∎ Prepare audit documentation, conduct audits, and develop & implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
∎ Lead, coordinate, and support all social compliance activities and relevant audits.
∎ Ensure all legal licenses and required documentation are maintained as per factory rules and buyer requirements.
∎ Drive initiatives to maintain a healthy workplace, safety, hygiene, and overall safe working environment.
∎ Maintain and update all compliance documents according to buyer expectations.
∎ Oversee and ensure effective implementation of in-house training programs as per the training schedule.
∎ Possess sound knowledge and practical experience with various audit standards including:SEDEXPEFCWRAPGRS & RCSHIGG (FEM)✅

∎ We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Deputy Manager/Manager – HR, Admin & Compliance to lead and support our continuous growth in factory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with buyer requirements, legal regulations, and fostering a healthy, safe, and compliant working environment.
∎ Ensure full compliance with buyer requirements and regulatory standards to satisfy potential and existing buyers.
