Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training, Training & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting TNA.
∎ Preparing training calendar.
∎ Organize training as per calendar.
∎ Customize training module as well as developing new module.
∎ Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure proper training management.
∎ Monitor existing employees and find out required training requirement.
∎ To run different training programs.
∎ Ensure to adhere Learning & Development policy of the organization.
∎ Documentation related to training & development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have practical skill in Soft Skill Training.
∎ Candidates form Hotel/ any other Hospitality Industry/ Airlines/ tourism/ Sales based company shall be preferred.

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
