• Good Communication skill in both Bangla and English.
• Basic Computer Skill like MS Word, Excel, Email etc.
• No Experience is required.

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic officer purely for a 6-month contractual position, with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance during the contract period and subject to availability of vacancies for a permanent role.

Below is the Job Description:

• Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.

• Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors.

• Ensure all administration and logistics of document delivery to client.

• Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals etc. without deviation in process.

• Ensure proper positioning of Value Added Services and achieve sales target.

• Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience in the office.

• Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated Turn Around Time.

• Adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.

• Ensure error free data entry, bar code generation, reporting & inventory management.

• Weekly 2 holidays,Over time allowance
