Responsibilities & Context:
Identifying improvement opportunities and carrying out improvement projects by following lean tools as of strategic planning road map.
Implementing 6s management throughout the shop floor and departments
Establishment VSM throughout each section of operation,
Carrying out proper analysis of upcoming product/style,
Identifying improvement areas for floor efficiency, projecting headcount and machine
Leading different projects with proper visualization and taking required training for the related employees.
Maintaining SMV database, quick changeover, skill matrix of workers & analyzing root cause of production problems.
