∎ B. Sc (Hon’s)/MSc in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Applied Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Food Technology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to check all Design & text related correction of all packaging materials as per requirement.
∎ Able to make different carton and pack size R&D related work
∎ Checking followings instruction and ensure that quality as per specification.( All Raw Materials Chemicals and Food additives, Packaging materials ,treated water)
∎ Check and make sure ingredients are used at proper ratio as per specification.
∎ Checking quality of products in process and ensure all chemical tests, Physical and Organoleptic properties conform to standard specification.
∎ Able to operates all Lab equipment at the specified standard .
∎ Check packaging, labelling, coding being done as per laid down standard.
∎ Make sure process instruments working properly and do not give any wrong reading.
∎ Check and make sure sanitation, cleanliness and hygienic condition of total process floor are as per specification
∎ Check and make sure CIP is done properly prior to production.
∎ Able to provide guideline & instruction to QC team & production person in absence of Head of QC
