Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and manage large-scale recruitment for executive manpower across the organization.

  • Ensure lead time achievement of manpower requirements as per vacancies, replacement and new roles as per demand from production teams and support function teams.

  • Supervise, guide, and evaluate the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets efficiently.

  • Build a proactive talent pool for knit garment industry to support current and future business needs.

  • Ensure recruitment is strictly conducted as per the approved organogram and manpower budget.

  • Attract and engage top-level technical, professional, and management talent within the RMG sector.

  • Prepare and control the annual manpower budget in alignment with business plans.

  • Coordinate with department heads to finalize and prioritize manpower requirements.

  • Manage expatriate manpower and all related documentation, including work permits, visas, and renewals.

  • Maintain full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer standards, and internal HR policies throughout the recruitment process.

  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and submit regular manpower and recruitment status reports to management.
