  • Minimum 3 years proven record of training coordination or delivery.

  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills.

  • Familiarity with online learning platforms and training technologies.

  • Passion for employee development and organizational growth.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify training and development needs across departments through surveys, interviews, performance evaluations, and feedback.

  • Design and implement company-wide annual training calendars in line with strategic goals.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute on-the-job and off-the-job training programs across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Develop training modules for orientation, soft skills, leadership, communication, time management, and more.

  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to develop customized learning plans and career development roadmaps.

  • Engage with external trainers, consultants, and institutions to bring in specialized training as needed.

  • Initiate and manage Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to develop internal training champions.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.

  • Maintain training records and track employee progress using a Learning Management System (LMS) or manual tracking system.

  • Create L&D reports and dashboards to present insights and ROI to senior leadership.

  • Optimize the training budget and ensure resource efficiency while maintaining training quality.
