Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Candidates from other educational backgrounds with strong practical experience in React and modern front-end development are also encouraged to apply.

• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, software development principles, and web technologies will be considered an advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with React.js (4+ years).

• Strong knowledge of Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+).

• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

• Experience with React Hooks, Context API, and component architecture.

• Experience with REST API integration.

• Strong knowledge of state management (Redux / Zustand / Context).

• Familiarity with Git version control.

• Experience in UI performance optimization.

Nice to Have (Added Advantage)

• Basic backend experience.

• Experience with Python / FastAPI / Django.

• Experience working with AI-based products.

• Familiarity with TypeScript.

• Knowledge of Next.js.

About the Role

Betopia Limited is looking for a highly skilled Front-End React Developer to join our Product Innovation Team.

You will work on multiple innovation-driven products, improve existing applications, refactor legacy UI code, and build modern, scalable front-end architectures.

This role requires strong expertise in React, Vanilla JavaScript, and modern front-end architecture, with the ability to collaborate with backend teams and contribute to full-stack solutions when needed.

The developer will play an important role in helping transform internal and client solutions into scalable digital products, aligning with the company's product innovation strategy.

Job Responsibilities

• Have to work on multiple projects.

• Develop high-quality React-based web applications.

• Build clean, scalable, and maintainable front-end architecture.

• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces.

• Refactor legacy front-end code into structured React architecture.

• Optimize application performance, speed, and scalability.

• Integrate with REST APIs and backend services.

• Work closely with backend developers, product team, and designers.

• Contribute to innovation-driven internal and SaaS products.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.

• Maintain code quality using Git workflows and best practices.

• Mentor and guide junior developers while providing technical leadership to ensure high-quality development standards.

Product Development & Innovation

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using Python and React.

• Convert existing internal tools and client projects into scalable product-ready solutions.

• Collaborate with product and innovation teams to build new software products and AI-powered tools.

Code Refactoring & Architecture

• Refactor legacy or unstructured code ("garbage code") into clean, modular, maintainable architecture.

• Improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Implement best practices for clean architecture, modular design, and reusable components.

AI & Advanced Technology Integration

• Work on AI-based projects including automation, data processing, and intelligent systems.

• Integrate AI APIs, machine learning services, or custom AI models where applicable.

Multi-Project Development

• Work simultaneously on multiple innovation projects.

• Modify existing applications, add new features, and support product upgrades.
