Experience:
Master’s in HRM/Management/Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
PGDHRM/LLB will be considered as an added advantage.
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in HR, Admin & Compliance in the RMG/Textiles sector.
At least 3–4 years in a supervisory/lead role handling factory HR & Compliance operations.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, IR, and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience in handling audits, employee relations, and compliance issues.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and independently lead the SBU HR function.
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional to lead the HR, Administration, and Compliance functions of a strategic business unit (SBU) of a reputed garments group. The role will act as the SBU HR Lead, ensuring smooth operations across HR, Admin & Compliance with direct responsibility for people management, compliance assurance, and factory HR operations.
Human Resources Management
Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and retention.
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement programs.
Drive performance management, training, and development initiatives to build a skilled workforce.
Ensure proper handling of employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
Administration
Oversee general administration, security, housekeeping, and logistics of the SBU.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and workplace discipline.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HRIS data.
Ensure smooth coordination between management and workers.
Compliance
Ensure full compliance with labor law, buyers’ Code of Conduct, and audit requirements.
Prepare and face different compliance/social audits (BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, ACCORD/ALLIANCE, etc.).
Maintain proper documentation related to compliance, safety, and welfare.
Ensure effective implementation of health, safety & environmental standards.
