Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Merchandising, or related field.
Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing and merchandising processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist the merchandising team in coordinating product development from design to production.
Support the sourcing of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
Help with sample tracking, follow-ups, and approvals.
Prepare and maintain reports on orders, production status, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of buyer communications and requirements.
Learn about garment costing, quality checks, and shipment procedures.
