Responsibilities & Context:
Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
Take customer orders accurately and prepare beverages with consistency.
Assist customers with menu selections and coffee recommendations.
Operate coffee machines and use different brewing methods.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages.
Ensure beverage quality, presentation, and consistency meet company standards.
Maintain cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and service areas.
Monitor and restock ingredients, supplies, and condiments as needed.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Contribute to a positive and welcoming work environment.
