Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Candidates with professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA) will be given preference.

• Age 25 to 35 years

Strong understanding of networking protocols and hardware troubleshooting.

• Help Desk & Technical Support: Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting in workstations.

• Networking (LAN/WAN): Set up, manage, and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) to ensure stable and secure connectivity.

• Mail Configuration: Configure and manage corporate email accounts (Outlook) and ensure the security of communication channels.

• Security Systems (IP Surveillance/ Time Attendance/ Endpoint Security): Oversee the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems, monitoring Time Attendance and Endpoint Security systems.

• Communication Systems (PABX): Manage and troubleshoot the office PABX/IP phone systems to ensure seamless internal and external communication.

• Hardware Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on servers, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.

• System Updates: Ensure all operating systems and software applications are up-to-date and protected against security vulnerabilities.
