Responsibilities & Context:
Handle orders from sampling to final shipment
Coordinate with factories, suppliers, QA & logistics teams
Prepare and follow up on costing sheets, T&A & production schedules
Ensure quality, buyer compliance & on-time delivery
Maintain regular communication with buyers regarding order status & approvals
Prepare and maintain merchandising reports & documentation
