• Manage the entire embroidery factory operations, ensuring timely production and delivery

• Inspect and monitor raw materials, in-process embroidery garments, and pre- shipment bulk products

• Ensure garments meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements

• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, QA, Merchandisers, and logistics teams

• Prepare and maintain QC reports, defect reports, and inspection documentation

• Communicate with buyers regarding quality approvals and corrective actions

• Support costing, production schedule monitoring, and factory efficiency

  improvements

• Lead, train, and supervise production teams for smooth workflow

• Hands-on experience in product development, sampling, and bulk production follow-up.

• Ability to handle direct buyers and factories independently regarding quality, delivery, and production issues.

• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation & coordination skills.

• Knowledge of quality standards, compliance, and buyer specifications.
