Job Summary:

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer – Product Development to assist in developing new styles, samples, and products in line with buyer requirements and market trends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in sample development from concept to final approval.

• Coordinate with design, merchandising, sourcing, and production teams.

• Support fabric, trim, and accessories selection.

• Prepare development sheets, BOMs, and technical information.

• Track sample status and buyer feedback.

• Research market trends, materials, and product innovations.
