Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and financial reporting.
Prepare, review, and submit accurate financial statements, management reports, and other financial documentation.
Ensure that financial records, reports, and supporting documents are maintained in accordance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Maintaibn financial documents, contracts, and correspondence,regular financial performance, cash flow, budgeting, and compliance matters.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in Bangladesh, including tax, VAT, customs, and statutory reporting requirements.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
Develop and implement financial controls, risk management frameworks, and internal audit processes to safeguard company assets.
Oversee cash flow management, banking operations, and foreign exchange transactions.
Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support business growth and operational decision-making.
Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team to ensure efficiency and professional development.
