Responsibilities & Context:
The main objective of this post is to keep part in wastewater treatment system through proper operating procedure of the ETP.
Following the working Procedure of the ETP stated in the ETP GUIDELINE.
Ensure sampling, processing & preparation of samples and chemical reagents for analysis water & sludge testing parameters.
Check the parameters like DO, pH, TDS, TSS, Temperature, COD, BOD, MLSS, SVI as well as purity of chemicals & structure of activated sludge to in-house lab for ETP.
Check the all-laboratory equipment and calibrate when required.
Perform the raw materials (chemical) analysis for ensure quality.
Delegate with external laboratories (BV, SGS, ITS etc) & DoE (Department of Environment)
Perform the hot water analysis.
Perform new analysis /DAF.
Run any other functions where the immediate supervisor stated in relation to the operation.
