Responsibilities & Context:
Compliance Management: Monitor factory operations to ensure 100% adherence to Bangladesh Labor Law (2006), Buyer Code of Conduct, and international standards such as BSCI, SEDEX, and WRAP.
Audit Preparation: Prepare and maintain all compliance documentation and facilitate Corrective Action Plans (CAP) after internal and external audits.
HR Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, maintaining personal files, and handling disciplinary or grievance procedures.
Payroll & Attendance: Supervise automated attendance systems, leave management, and assist in monthly payroll and festival bonus processing.
Factory Administration: Oversee general admin tasks, including factory security, housekeeping, canteen management, and fleet/transport coordination.
Health & Safety: Conduct regular safety drills, risk assessments, and training sessions on fire safety and workplace hygiene.
Liaison: Maintain professional relationships with local authorities, DIFE, fire service, and other regulatory bodies.
