Experience:

• Masters or Graduate in any discipline.

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Well behaved, well organized and potential.

• Experience in large Composite Knit Industries and working in similar position will get preference.

• At least 8 years’ experience in large scale knit composite garments industries and minimum 3 years in similar position.

• Candidate living near Narayanganj will be added as advantage.

• Foreign candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Develop quality control processes and procedures for consistent product quality. Establish quality checkpoints at various manufacturing stages.

• Responsible for establishing standard Quality Management System (QMS) as per customer demand also for Quality Control.

• Responsible for developing and implementation of Company SOP in the area of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.

• Conduct regular quality inspections and address any deviations from standards.

• Perform the duty of Nominated Quality controller for all buyers of Quality System, to be responsible for driving initiatives pertaining to quality control, Quality Assurance.

• Dealing the inspection and ensuring high pass rate, and working to meet buyer's quality requirements, system implementation and quality enhancement

• Lead the team of Quality Assurance and ensure accountability to the top management.

• Ensure Quality should be maintained in the whole process from cutting to Shipment.

• Give Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management

• Maintaining liaison with merchandising and production department and making the plan to ensure maximum quality.

• Train up to Quality person about Standard QA and QC process as per Buyer/Customer requirements.

• To make plan to minimize rejection and communicate with production department

• Handle Buyers final inspection.

• Handle the technical audit.

• Ensure Re-check cannot be happened during final inspection.

• Any other related jobs that may assign by the Management.
