Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in Home Textile Marketing/Merchandising
Strong expertise in handling international retail buyers.
Solid understanding of Bedding, and Home Textile products

Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the full marketing cycle for the Home Textile portfolio
Lead communication with buying teams for product development, approvals, and order updates
Coordinate closely with design, merchandising, production, quality, and planning teams
Drive new product development, trend analysis, and market-driven innovation
Prepare accurate pricing, cost sheets, T&A plans, and business reports
Follow up on sampling, testing, approvals, and production schedules
Ensure on-time delivery and maintain high compliance standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and internal stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer expectations
Support management with strategic planning and business growth initiatives
