Technical expertise of bonding/jacket/trendy fashion/complexity products handling experiences.
Capabilities of sample stitching.
Good sound knowledge of mechanical/technical/pattern corrections/measurements etc.
Leadership of shop floor production managements.
Must ensure zero rejection in sewing process.
Short/small PO completion expertise of sports product handling.
Frequent style changeover/QCO expertise.
