• Strong understanding of supply chain, production systems, and garment manufacturing process.

• Advanced skills in MS Excel, ERP/Planning tools.

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on buyer orders, T&A calendar, and capacity.

• Monitor production progress and adjust plans in case of delays or disruptions.

• Coordinate with procurement/purchase team to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials.

• Follow up with suppliers for fabric, trims, accessories, and ensure all materials are in-house as per plan.

• Prepare and maintain T&A calendar from order confirmation to shipment.

• Update status reports and highlight any risks or delays to management.

• Liaise with Merchandising, IE, Purchase, Fabric & Trim Store, Cutting, Sewing, Washing, Finishing, and Commercial departments.

• Organize planning meetings to align departments with production & shipment timelines.

• Any other task assigned by the managment.
