• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of knit garment manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.

• Plan, control, and monitor production costing, budgeting, and financial performance in line with organizational goals.

• Establish, implement, and regularly review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for production, quality, efficiency, and compliance.

• Analyze operational data using advanced data analytics and visualization tools to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead, motivate, and develop departmental teams to achieve operational targets and maintain high employee performance.

• Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer codes of conduct, and internal policies.

• Monitor production schedules, resource utilization, and capacity planning to meet delivery timelines.

• Drive quality assurance practices to meet buyer requirements and minimize rework, wastage, and defects.

• Identify risks and operational gaps, take corrective actions, and implement preventive measures.

• Prepare and present regular management reports on production performance, cost analysis, and efficiency metrics.

• Lead continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and productivity enhancement initiatives across operations.
