Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and control store inventory using ERP software, ensuring real-time accuracy.

• Receive materials from local and foreign suppliers as per LC, Purchase Order, or approved documents under JIT principles.

• Verify quantity, quality, and documentation during receipt of materials.

• Ensure proper documentation and authorization for all material receipts and issues (MRR, Gate Pass, Challan, etc.).

• Maintain systematic records of received materials, store tags, bin cards, and surplus or slow-moving items.

• Prepare and submit monthly stock reports, consumption reports, and variance analysis to management.

• Submit Material Receiving Reports (MRR) to the Accounts Department on a timely basis.

• Coordinate with Commercial and Transport Departments for export delivery and material movement.

• Liaise with concerned departments to resolve discrepancies, shortages, or operational issues.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.

• Lead, supervise, and train store staff to maintain efficiency and compliance.

• Conduct Audit to ensure that all kind of materials keeping to similarity with software, physical stock & bin card.
