• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

• Basic knowledge of IE tools (SMV, line balancing, efficiency calculation).

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

• Good observation and problem-solving ability.

• Willingness to work on the production floor.

Job Context:

• The MTO – Industrial Engineering will work closely with the IE team to support productivity improvement, line balancing, and efficiency enhancement initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to factory operations and production optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in line balancing, work study, and time & motion studies

• Support SMV calculation and productivity analysis

• Monitor line efficiency, manpower utilization, and output.

• Collect and analyze production data for improvement initiatives

• Support layout planning and capacity analysis.

• Assist in implementing lean and continuous improvement practices.
