  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken & Written)

  • Good Computer skill.



Responsibilities & Context:

A 100% Export Oriented readymade garment Manufacturer and exporter. To meet the growing demands and orders of its products, invites application from the deserving candidates. As the head of the Marketing team, candidate have to holds the accountability for leading a team of Marketing executives and Merchandisers, managing customer accounts, and liaising with production plants and suppliers to ensure processing of the customer orders in the most effective manner whilst ensuring profit margins.

Major responsibilities:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development

Visit overseas customer and trade fair as a representative of the company

Build customer base and generate business through existing and new customers by studying markets and opportunities

Responsibility /Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain very good level of customer relationship, regular phone calls, prompt responses, study customer web sites and create opportunities, new areas of business

  • Ensure very efficient communications with the key customers and maintain within 24-hour response culture for all incoming enquiries

  • Ensure any customer complaints are dealt immediately and close matters instantaneously

  • Travel overseas on business trips to attend face-to-face meetings with customers, when required

  • Working with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to Customers

  • Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Customers and obviously meet the time line

  • Must have sound knowledge about fabric, consumptions, product costing & pricing process/procedure

  • Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine and material for optimum productivity.

  • Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures and increase productivity.

  • Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.

  • To arrange all kinds of fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for production

  • Ability to deal with the Customers independently from inquiry level to shipment of orders

  • Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero Non-Conformity (NC).

  • Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

  • Budgeting and Strategy

  • Involve in preparing annual departmental budgets with Managing director/ED- Finance, monitor and authorize expenses, analyze deviations and implement control measures to ensure adherence to budgets

  • Ensure that correct price margins are kept on accepted orders by analyzing the garment costs and pricing for orders to facilitate the profitability of operations

  • Develop a merchandizing strategy for the gross profits and controlled element of net profit

  • Ensure and supervise the Merchandising, Technical and PPC team activities to achieve monthly and yearly target

  • Plan the sales budgets and margins each financial year and ensure to achieve the agreed budgets within the customers who you are responsible for

  • Align to Managing Director direction and strategies and keep him well informed on all activities weekly/monthly and find better solutions for all exceptions/issues

  • Ensure timely submission of management reports and escalating critical issues to Management and seek help if required
