Responsibilities & Context:
Review the pre-production file from the merchandiser and hand it over for size set preparation
Transfer the file to the production team after the size set is approved for bulk production
Coordinate with the planning and floor teams to schedule the program
Monitor daily production and update the Unit Head on progress
Enforce and maintain Print Unit SOPs and policies
Visit partner factories and monitor work
Collect work orders before bulk production
Generate monthly sales reports
