Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
∎ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
∎ Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.Performance Management:
∎ Manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
∎ Work with department heads to set performance goals and monitor employee progress.
∎ Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.Training & Development:
∎ Identify training needs and create comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
∎ Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.HR Policies & Compliance:
∎ Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
∎ Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect changes in regulations and best practices.
∎ Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.Employee Relations:
∎ Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
∎ Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and open communication channels.
∎ Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and take appropriate action based on feedback. Employee Engagement:
∎ Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
∎ Foster a culture of recognition and appreciation.Disciplinary Procedures:
∎ Have good understanding about HR policies and also must have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor law and its subsequent amendments.
∎ Ensure legal compliance, polices and procedure, termination, dismissal compensation, disciplinary action, handling of grievance, management of conflicts.
