∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Law, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Payroll Processing, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, E-commerce, Hotel, Overseas Companies, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop and update the rules, policies and procedures and monitor to ensure effective implementation of rules, policies and procedures within the Company.
∎ Provide direction, formulate strategies and make decisions which ensure the efficient operation.
∎ Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
∎ Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.
∎ Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
∎ Support organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
∎ Arranging scope of Training, Learning & Development.
∎ Carry out Performance Appraisal & Performance Management activities.



Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good analytical ability.
∎ Ability to work under pressure within deadlines.
∎ Should have good communication skills and negotiation skills in all dimensions.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality.
∎ Should have the ability to implement authority.
∎ Should be tech-savvy.
