Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.
∎ Serve as the primary contact between customers and internal teams within the assigned zone.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to meet key customers' needs effectively.
∎ Understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
∎ Negotiate contracts and ensure timely fulfillment of commitments.
∎ Monitor trip success rates and drive profitability.
∎ Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
∎ Maintain service quality of trucks and drivers.
∎ Onboard new truckers and manage existing relationships.
∎ Engage truckers through regular visits and follow-ups.
∎ Promote technology adoption among truckers.
∎ Educate truckers on optimizing ROI.
∎ Oversee payment processing and facilitate challan collection.
