∎ HSC/ Minimum Graduate in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare cutting plan according to daily style and provide to cutting in charge and supervisor.
∎ Experienced and technical know-how to follow the cutting method for every fabric material type.
∎ Have to knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, shrinkage, CAD marker, Fabrics construction, and size set etc.
∎ To explain the direction and quality of work done by each in-charge, supervisor, technician and all the workers.
∎ To attach on cutting input and shipment flow-up according to style.
∎ Ensure to fabric reconciliation for cutting department.
∎ Ensure to maintain and record cutting fabric consumption.
∎ Ensure to production fabric ready in all average.
∎ To communicate with planning dept., production head and discussion about cut plan.
∎ Ensure to need to collect fabric inspection/ shade band & shrinkage report and monitoring.
∎ Ensure to shade & shrinkage wise fabric stack & relax 24 hours/buyer’s requirements before cutting.
∎ Ensure to shrinkage group wise pattern collection from technical department.
∎ Ensure to style wise cutting quality monitoring.
∎ Ensure to lay, cutting report & shading chart register check.
∎ Ensure to part inspection from top to bottom.
∎ Ensure to cutting quality inspection after numbering & bundling.
∎ Ensure to prepare fusing attach & bond strength test report as par data sheet.
∎ To implement a good administration in the section.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Highly technical knowledge on woven garments.
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience on woven high-volume production.
∎ Age at least 35 years
