Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting or Finance from a reputed public/private university.
∎ CA (CC) from ICAB/ ACMA Part completed is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person to be responsible for:
∎ Prepare financial statements and other financial reports like accounting ledger, trial balance, project summary, receipt and payment statement, balance sheet, income statement and related accounting statements & reports.
∎ Capable to prepare Financial, cash flow, financial forecasting, balance sheet, budget & budgetary control of the whole accounts of the company efficiently
∎ To ensure internal control system through Finance, Accounts, Audit and other means.
∎ To manage, monitor and facilitate Tax/VAT/Custom/Excise Duty and other related departments of the govt. & non-govt.
∎ Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports & manage vendor relationship
∎ Set up & oversee the company's Finance IT system
∎ Prepare the cash and bank book and execute journal entries as per receipt
∎ Prepare and maintain fixed assets register
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly Financial Statements
∎ Ensure all financial transactions, including bills, receipts and payments are recorded.
∎ Check & verify all transactions before entry in the ledger; check money receipt, bill, voucher, daily expenses etc.
∎ Ensure that ledgers and bank statements are Reconciled in regular basis.
∎ Ensure that all financial records are maintained according to company requirements including bank receipts, disbursement, invoices, bank vouchers, bank statement, petty cash voucher, stock register, Profit & Loss Statement etc.
∎ Maintain Payable & Receivable account properly with vendors/clients.
∎ Maintain banking works & commercial activities.
∎ Daily/weekly/monthly report with periodical analytical report to Management.
∎ Operate and maintain computerized accounting system.
∎ Ensure timely clearance of all Tax and VAT payments.
∎ Prepare daily balance, approve requisition summary and disbursement note.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have experience in garments factories
∎ Should be self- motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in computer Accounting Software (ERP) and computer literacy.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have good communication skill in English Language
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Finance & Accounts, VAT & Tax related jobs.
