∎ Liz Fashion Industry Limited (Valuka Unit) is a 100% export oriented garments manufacturing factory. Our product is Functional Outerwear, Padded Jacket and Bottom items.
∎ We`re going to recruit a N. QC for H&M buyer in our factory who must have well experienced on Functional Outerwear, Padded Jacket and Bottom items.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work together with Quality personnel in the factory responsible for the H&M order.
∎ Perform inspections following standard requirements.
∎ Check the malarial, weight, hand feel, stretch ability etc, correspond with sealed counter sample.
∎ Find problems, do the root cause analysis and make corrective action plan report.
∎ Perform the nickel test, children's safety test, and functional test with H&M standards and write reports.
∎ Fit garments on dummy or live model and write report.
∎ Explain the comments, faults or rejections to the quality responsible from factory.
∎ Send picture or samples of faulty goods to H&M local PO in case of customer claim.
∎ Check the correct transport carton size is used and that the goods are packed according to packing inspection manual.
∎ Take approved accessories trim card, color continuity card, data sheet, production planning standard, lab dip, risk Assessment sheet lab test report, bill of material sheet, cane instructions, swatch of bulk material with correct finishing.
∎ Perform duties and maintain total reporting as and when required by the management and H&M in line with the designation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of all inspection areas of the accessories+ Fabric+ cutting+ sewing and sample garment
∎ Must be computer literate
∎ Able to work independently and proactively
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill
