• Strong knowledge of cutting processes, fabric behavior, and marker efficiency.

• Experience with manual and automated cutting machines.

• Proficiency in handling cutting-related software (e.g., CAD, Gerber).

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the cutting operations to ensure accurate and efficient execution.

• Monitor the cutting department`s daily activities, including fabric spreading, cutting, and bundling.

• Ensure proper utilization of fabric to minimize wastage and maintain cost efficiency.

• Develop and implement cutting plans based on production schedules and order requirements.

• Supervise the team to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.

• Coordinate with the production, merchandising, and quality control teams to resolve any discrepancies.

• Maintain proper documentation of fabric consumption, wastage, and cutting-related records.

• Train and guide team members to improve efficiency and maintain a safe working environment.
