∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be the contact person from Core HR for all the departments (Business Partner).
∎ Assist HoD in reviewing job descriptions and organization change.
∎ Maintain communication with Accounts department regarding salary information, increment, incentive, bonus, new hires and other relevant aspects.
∎ Ensure all aspects of legal compliance and adherence of Bangladesh Labor Law Acts where necessary.
∎ Assist HoD in formulating HR policy.
∎ Manage payroll of the entire employee base in the HRIS software.
∎ Maintain and update HRIS system to ensure accuracy of data of new hires, transfers, entry and exit time, etc.
∎ Be the first contact point of HRIS vendor for all the updates and changes.
∎ Prepare and maintain all communication aspects including employment, salary increment, transfer, promotion, termination, and work experience letters.
∎ Maintain talent acquisition from posting job ads to on-boarding.
∎ Maintain roster schedule of the front desk executives.
∎ Maintain and update all legal documents of the consultants.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university (local or international), preferably majoring in Human Resource, Management, Business or any other relevant field.
∎ Familiarity with health care and hospital industry will be given preference.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
